About the event
This CE meets the 3-hour Clinical and DSM 5-TR requirements for AL licensure.
This 3-hour CE training provides an overview (or review) of the DSM-5-TR, including the American Psychiatric Association's intentions for use, application in social work practice, dimensional assessment, key revisions from DSM-V to DSM-5 to DSM-5-TR, diagnostic domains and disorders, and recommendations for synthesized documentation. Dr. Cecil will cover the major diagnostic classes of Anxiety, Personality, Psychotic, Depressive, and Bipolar and Related Disorders. And then there will be time for participants to bring up specific diagnostic areas that are relevant to their practice.
